These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions for using the EXAVO platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), published by EXAVO SAS (hereinafter "EXAVO" or "the Publisher").
Access to and use of the Platform implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the User. In case of disagreement with any clause, the User is invited not to use the Platform.
Access to the Platform requires creating a user account. The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of the account with their credentials is presumed to be made by the User themselves.
EXAVO strives to ensure Platform availability 24/7, subject to maintenance operations.
The EXAVO Platform is an industrial project management solution. It offers:
The Platform, including its structure, design, texts, images, logos, trademarks, and software, is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
The User retains ownership of their Data. They grant EXAVO a limited license to use this Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
EXAVO is committed to complying with applicable personal data protection regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

EXAVO undertakes to exercise reasonable care in providing the Services. Its liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages related to contract performance.
Prices for different subscription plans are listed on the Platform's Pricing page. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of EXAVO's registered office.
