Terms applicable to EXAVO subscriptions

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between EXAVO SAS and any professional Client subscribing to a plan. Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory prerequisite for any subscription.
Prices are available on our Pricing page. They are displayed in euros, excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is the rate in effect at the time of invoicing.
Subscription is completed online at exavo.fr. It becomes effective upon acceptance of the Terms of Use, these Terms of Sale, and payment validation.
A 30-day free trial period is offered. No payment is taken during the trial.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed by tacit renewal.
Payment is made by credit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For Enterprise subscriptions, bank transfer may be offered upon request.
Invoices are issued electronically and available in the client portal.
The Service is provided "as is". EXAVO's liability is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the amounts paid by the Client during the last 12 months.
The Client may terminate their subscription at any time from their client portal. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period.
Upon termination, the Client has 30 days to export their data.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
